Solve The Traffic Jam NOW!

Well as we know that traffic jam still cannot be solved by the government until now, we can't just depend on the government to improve the public transportation. I'm mean that is true, it will become the major solutions, but it's already happening now the government try to improve the quality and the amount of public transportation, but this problem still unsolved.

As what the gnml online expect, at session 4, I've found three good website which is really connect and relevant with my social campaign topic. Here's one of them http://www.beritajakarta.com/2008/en/newsview.aspx?id=15925&idwil=0

so, basically what that website try to explain that we cannot only depend on government role. it says " Therefore, the city needs three synergistic efforts that should be done all together. They are mass transportation development, new road infrastructure and private motor vehicles tackling"

I do really agree with that statement. We need to increase the citizens awareness by try to minimize using the private vehicles, so it will decrease the traffic jam in Jakarta, while the government keep improving the public transportations that make both side work together to solve our problem now.

  1. I agree with that statement, we cant only hold on in government's hand, and just wait for nothing, and but on the other hand we need to find out more the way increasing the awareness of the citizen to use their private vehicles while the infrastructure and the public transportations' service still , being uncomfortable.

    Keep going.

  3. This statement is true and as Надежда said, it exists in every country. That is a really good idea and we should all do our best to "implement" it, to make a difference! Have happy holidays and keep up the good work!
